These pictures of a man riding an SUV with plate number MLP 636 threatening another person in another car is now making the rounds on Facebook. This was originally posted online by Ira Panganiban. I don’t have the complete story but apparently the guy in the SUV is threatening him with his gun after a “traffic disagreement”. Very timely for this since Jason Ivler was just recently apprehended in his house. I wonder how long it will take before the man in this picture is identified and maybe caught? If more bloggers and social network people spread this around, then traditional media will definitely pick it up and feature it on the news programs. That would definitely bring all the details out. ‘Yan ang purely “Yabang”, probably because he is in some kind of position in the local government. If he is really big shot or big time, his bodyguards or connections will do this stuff. So, I conclude, he is a “fly” on a carabao’s back. Most probably nakagalitan ng asawa o kaya may kabit ang kabit nya. Kawawa naman, ‘pag maliit daw ang uten, mabilis maglabas ng baril.

Yup, with the technology available today we should have our cameras in our cars to record abusive drivers esp. politicians and post them on FB!!!!! Kung walang hiya na talaga sila…… sa takot na lang nating daanin.

Definitely, this fellow has psychological problem. And he doesn’t know the rules on gun handling. Basta bumunot ka, kailangan iputok mo. Otherwise, duwag ka. Matapang lang dahil may armas.
Dito natin makikita kung gaano kagaling ang gobyerno. Isinumbong na ni Carlo sa MMDA, dapat umaksyon sila. Ang pulis dahil bawal and baril at ang LTO dahil alam na nila na may problema dito sa taong ito.

A formal complaint should be filed by the one being threatened by this irresponsible gun owner. These pictures are enough evidence to put him to jail.
This guy should be required to attend the “Gun Safety Seminar.”
As a rule, “A person should not put his finger in the trigger unless he is ready to squeeze it and fire it.”

These are the emails that I sent to MMDA office. So far no acton has been taken. It may seem that Oscar Innocente is somewhat weak for action. If this is Fernando Bayani (the former MMDA Chairman), I bet this person was already been charge of possession of firearm. Why can they make this guy an example to prevent others to be copycats?
