In the recently concluded Usapang OFW Leaders Forum held by DZMM and the Blas F. Ople Policy Center, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero was asked what body part of his that he’s proud of. His answer floored the audience, leaving everyone gasping for breath as they laughed. Using a famous line by Mark Lapid, Senator Escudero used the infamous “Saging lang ang may puso” line. Seriously, that was one of the lighter and more entertaining parts of the forum. I’ll post about what the other candidates had to say in a separate post.

kidding aside, Chiz Escudero knew and shares what is true, of all the trees around, “puno lang ng saging ang may puso!” And he claims that he is proud of his “heart”, cause the man has a big heart, in public service, in helping his constituents, dinadaan lang nya sa biro, but the essence of the notion was there!
Ung ibang walang puso, mahihirapang maglingkod ng totoo, at buong puso, di ba?
Anyway, Chiz answer made an uproar of laughter from the audience bringing into their remembrance a famous line from Mark Lapid’s film, which, i really dont even know exist!
The forum was a success, the candidates shared and informed the audience of what was on their minds, agenda, and future plans…congrats, Sir Toots and mam Susan Ople!

It doesn’t matter gaano man kaiksi as long as it reasonates to the audience na mafefeel nila talaga ang kanyang sensiridad na galing sa PUSO.
