My fiancee and I celebrated Valentines a bit early. We went to watch the Kris Allen concert last February 6 at the Mckinley Hills Open Grounds. Tonight we’re just going to have dinner out with out parents. I remember back then when I didn’t have a girlfriend I’d give flowers to my mom and sometimes my sisters during Valentines day. The level of appreciation that goes on there is actually something that I never thought about and understood until now.
You can go out with your special someone anytime since you spend more time with him or her compared to anyone else. However most of the time you rarely get quality time anymore with your parents. Sacrifice a little by spending time with your family this Valentines day. Especially since it falls on a Sunday, hehe.
