I’ve been reading the latest articles on Inquirer.Net and I was really amused with how some administration veterans are reacting to Puno’s bid for the Vice Presidency. Two high ranking officials have already publicly stated that they would prefer it if Batangas Governor Vilma Santos was to become Sec. Gilbert Teodoro’s running mate. National Defense Secretary Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro is almost assured of the support of the entire administration party for his candidacy in the upcoming 2010 Presidential elections. The LAKAS national committee made a vote today after both Gibo and MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando were interviewed about their platforms and plans. According to the article on Inquirer.Net, Gibo came out strong with 42 votes (out of 47). Fernando only got 5 votes.
