Carlo Caparas, a highly controversial figure due to the recent National Artist debacle, is thinking of running for the Senate in the upcoming elections. He announced this during the press conference of his latest movie “Pangarap Kong Jackpot Trilogy”. According to Caparas, he would stand on a platform of clean politics.
