It looks like Senator Mar Roxas made the correct choice when he gave way to Noynoy Aquino to be the standard bearer of the Liberal Party. The latest SWS Survey results are out and the numbers are just staggering. Noynoy Aquino slaughtered everyone else and leads with a commanding 50% rating. A distant second is Senator Manny Villar who is almost tied with Senator Chiz Escudero and former President Erap Estrada. The survey was commissioned by a private group of businessmen.
On the preference of the people when in comes to tandems, Aquino-Roxas is now dominating the charts.
I expected the numbers to be high but I never imagined that he would shoot up to 50%! This is just phenomenal. The clamor for reform and change is really something that cannot be ignored or belittled anymore. The question we now all have to ask if if they can sustain it? Will the Cory magic last for 8 months? What will Noynoy Aquino’s camp do to keep the momentum going?
Congratulations to the Liberal Party for a stellar performance in this survey. Let’s see how long they can keep it up. I’d love to hear what the reactions are of the other Presidentiables.

These are amazing numbers. This must be some kind of a phenomenon and perhaps, Noynoy and Mar should not let pass of this chance or be careless about it.

The spirit Cory Aquino lives on. Noynoy Aquino will fulfill the dreams of his parents. He will finish the fight until the end.

Even without paid adds, Noynoy was all over the news, even on showbiz news because of Kris. Much more effective than the paid adds we’re seeing now if you ask me. How will they sustain it? Their camp is taking it one step at a time so that they’d remain on the news, Next move would be Mar’s declaration to run for VP then his wedding and then Ninoy’s birthday is on Nov. Cory’s birthday’s on January and there’s also on February, Edsa 1 and 2 celebrations. Noynoy’s gonna be on the spotlight again on those times. People will we reminded and Noynoy’s camp didnt have spend a lot on adds.
And how much publicity it would bring if Noynoy decides to get Married along the way?
Thanks for the comments guys. Just a thought – I think that Noynoy’s camp should prepare themselves for a barrage of negative publicity. I heard from some friends that various candidates are already looking for things that they can throw at Noynoy to derail his momentum. Let’s see what happens in the next few weeks.

Noynoy needs to address the issue on Hacienda Luisita.
In previous presidential elections after cory was the president,people used to look a less evil candidate but this coming 2010 election people can now choose a good candidate and that’s “Noynoy Aquino”. And also people are also looking Mar Roxas for his tremendous sacrifice for the country for the people. So I joined the call and strongly support their tandem for the 2010 presidential election. Go,go,go!!!
